Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Carrier & Service
We ship exclusively with UPS from Sioux Falls, SD. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UPS Ground: 2–5 business days (depending on destination)

• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders (see site banners for current offers).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your Lone Tree Tallow account to view order status.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at melissa@lonetreetallow.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
