Unopened products
Return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened products
For hygiene and safety, opened products are final sale.

Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Not right for your skin?
Email us. We read every message personally and will help you find what works.

How to start a return
Email melissa@lonetreetallow.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Not eligible for return
Opened products, sale items and gift cards.
